We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please kindly note that check your package is complete before unboxing. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been delivered, please get in touch with your local courier company for handling.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We are NOT responsible for shipping fees caused by non-quality replacement or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be the following options:

  • Within 30 natural days after receiving the item(s), the outer packing, accessories, gifts, and manual of the products shall be complete without any man-made damage.
  • The product is not activated and doesn’t affect the secondary sale. (For non-quality-related returns and refunds, the buyer needs to bear the shipping fees)
  • Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, a non-artificial functional defect was found in the product.
  • Please provide the dated sales receipt from the DOYOKY authorized reseller which can show the product description and price.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



In case of product quality problems, you can enjoy free maintenance/replacement within 6 months with the dated sales receipt!


DOYOKY guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from If you are not satisfied for any reason within six months, we support Free new replacement/replacement part(s)! You only need to pay $10 flat shipping(depending on different countries/regions)!


To be eligible for free warranty service, your item(s) must be the following cases:

  • The non-artificial functional defect occurs during normal use of the purchased product within the warranty period.
  • With no unauthorized modification, installation, or the use of unofficial accessories replacement, including any other non-artificial caused problems.
  • The dated sales receipt from the DOYOKY authorized reseller which can show the product description and price.


  • If it is the after-sales problems with the internal parts of the joy-con controller, we suggest you do the DIY by yourself with the accessories we send to you according to the professional instructions from our technician.
  • If it is normal wear and tear of the components, it is generally not covered under our return policy. We would recommend discussing the issue with our technical team to find a solution.
  • If the problem of the joycon is not within the warranty period (such as man-made damage to the product) and we will charge the corresponding fee for testing, replacement parts, labor, and transportation according to the specific situation.
