DOYOKY is committed to bringing our products to everyone in the world. Our services are available to most countries and regions in the world and meet various shipping needs. We cooperate with the most reliable international and domestic express companies to ensure your packages are delivered safely and on time.

Shipping Center

Most orders from the United States are automatically processed and shipped from our distribution center in New York, while orders from other countries/regions will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our distribution center in China.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Processing Time

For The United States orders

Most US orders will be shipped from our New York distribution center, depending on the product you purchased. Please refer to the product detail page. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

For The Other orders

Order processing time is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (China local time), generally within 2 working days after you place your order. Orders paid after 10 am on Friday (China local time) will be processed the following working day. 
*e.g. The orders placed after 10 am on Friday may not be processed and shipped in time until the next following Monday.


If your order includes 2 items or more, it may be shipped in multiple packages.

We have an automated system for order processing, therefore they cannot be canceled or modified once shipped. If the order is canceled by the customer after has been shipped, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

Shipping Fee

Your fee may vary depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the package. The shipping fee also depends on your location and desired shipping speed.

At DOYOKY Shopping, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over US $99. For orders below US $99, a shipping fee is applicable. In line with our commitment to environmental friendliness and sustainable practices, we offer both Standard and Express shipping services for you to choose from based on your needs. We treat all orders with equal importance, ensuring a high level of service quality.

Customs Duties & VAT

Some countries impose duties and value-added tax on goods imported from China. We take care of covering any such additional taxes levied by your government for delivering the parcel. Customers are not required to pay duties and VAT; they only need to cover the product(s) cost and shipping fees.

[Notice] Due to adjustments in Brazil's customs policies, customers in Brazil may be responsible for handling their own taxes.

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Shipping Options

Orders dispatched from the Chinese distribution center will be shipped through our trusted carriers in China. They will be sent to local transit stations and then handed over to the local carriers for final delivery. Here are some details about local delivery partners in your area.


Most of the standard shipments are sent through USPS service providers. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days, but sometimes take longer. 


As we're in the process of moving forward to sustainable operation, we are offering eco-friendly shipping options for orders from the US, EU, and the UK via DHL Express. DHL is currently facing potential shipping delays due to heavy orders and other factors. Please note that the estimated delivery time has been updated to 5-10 business days.

Postal Service Provider

Most of the standard items from China are shipped through several carriers and postal service providers, but once they arrive in the destination country, they will be handled by local carriers.
Usually, the orders take 12-20 working days to reach international destinations and sometimes takes 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live. 

Important Information

Most of the process of international shipping is beyond our (DOYOKY) control, it will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers. The specific situation is determined by the workflow of the domestic logistics provider in your country/region, but we will do our best to provide the best international shipping experience.

Possible Reasons for the Order Delay

  • After arrival at the destination airport, local customs inspection.
  • The local post office did not update the information when the last delivery was made.
  • The customer does not fill in the mobile phone number so the delivery information is missing.

  • If the package is lost or unrecoverable due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the responsibility for the loss rests with the customer. DOYOKY will not replace the order or issue a refund.
  • If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to collect it promptly, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses.
